Silversmith/owner Jim Mackie, began his career as an apprentice silversmith in 1974.  He was enticed by the beautiful pieces brought in for restoration.  Furthering his career he studied goldsmithing and apprenticed in custom design jewelry from carving the design in lost wax to casting and setting precious stones. Jim has always admired the silver pieces of the Victorian era and thus he began creating his own line of figural napkin rings.  His designs are replica's of the original antiques.  They are all created from a lost wax then cast in pewter, silver plated and antiqued, just like the originals.  Each napkin ring is exquisitely detailed and signed by the Artist.
